In reply to Vennem. Hi - I’ve red from several sources that blue Jean insulation absorbs water so not good for a van. Thinsulate does not.

In reply to Dick. it's completely worth it. takes two people roughly four hours for a 170" MB Sprinter and made an enormous difference to the panel noise on the road as well as pass through noise like outside voices. I found hushmat to be very cost effective.
